Mr Kresna graduated from University of Indonesia in 1990 with a degree in mechanical engineering, and from Asian Institute of Management, Philippines, in 1996 with a Master of Business Management degree. He started his career as a General Manager in PT Iron Bird from 1996 to 2000, and then Vice President of auditing in Blue Bird Group from 2000 to 2012, as well as Vice Chairman of special harbor freight in Organda DKI Jakarta from 1998 to 2003. Now he also holds the position of Chief Commissioner in several subsidiaries of Blue Bird Group like PT Pusaka Satria Utama since 2000, PT Central Naga Europindo since 2001, PT Golden Bird Bali since 2002, PT Morante Jaya since 2003, PT Cendrawasih Pertiwijaya since 2008, and PT Irdawan Multitrans since 2011. Other positions that have been trusted to him are President Director of PT Pusaka Prima Transport since 2001, Director of PT Iron Bird since 2002, Director of PT Angkutan Kontenindo Antarmoda since 2004, and director of PT Lombok Taksi Utama since 2008. He is also a member of ASPERKINDO’s Board of Trustees since 2008.

Appointed as Director since 2012, Mr. Sigit graduated from Trisakti University in 1993 with the Mechanical Engineering degree in 1993, and from Simon School of Business University of Rochester, New York with Master of Business Degree in 1997. He joined the corporation as Senior Operation Manager from 2001 t0 2007 and held the position of Chairman of Development Department of SDM DPD Organda DKI Jakarta from 2004 to 2009, and was Vice President of the company’s Central Operations from 2007 to 2012. While being the Chief Commissioner of PT Pusaka Andalan Perkasa since 2012 and Hermis Consulting since 2013, now he is also holding several key positions in Blue Bird Group’s subsidiaries such as: Commissioner of PT Pusaka Prima Transport since 2001, PT Prima Sarijati Agung since 2002, PT Silver Bird since 2003, PT Pusaka Buana Utama since 2010, PT Pusaka Niaga Indonesia since 2010, and PT Pusaka Bumi Transportasi since 2012. He also holds the position of President Director of PT Pusaka Nuri Utama since 1997 and PT Luhur Satria Sejati Kencana since 2012.

Acquired his Economical Management degree from Pancasila University in 2002 and Master of Business Management from Monash University in Australia in 2005, he joined the company in 2005 as Management Trainee in Financial Administration Department, and rose to become Manager of Financial Administration from 2005 to 2006, Operational Manager of Pool Perigi from 2006 to 2007, and General Manager of Pool Halim from 2007 to 2009. Aside of being the Chief Commissioner of PT Pusaka Citra Djokosoetono from 2013, he is also a Commissioner in PT Blue Bird Pusaka and PT Luhur Satria Sejati Kencana since 2012, PT Pusaka Thrifty since 2001, PT Pusaka Integrasi Mandiri since 2008, PT Global Pusaka Solutions since 2009, PT Lintas Buana Taksi, PT Golden Bird Metro, and PT Morante Jaya since 2013. He is also the Director of Several Companies such as PT Pusaka Bumi Mutiara since 2010, PT Pusaka Satria Utama, PT Big Bird Pusaka, PT Cendrawasih Pertiwijaya, and PT Pusaka Andalan Perkasa since 2012. Graduated from University Indonesia’s Medical School in 1999, Dr. Sri joined the company as Assistant Director from 2001 to 2004, and then become General Manager of Pool Garuda from 2001 to 2004, and Vice President of Regulatory Affairs from 2006 to 2013. Now she is a member of Commissioner’s Board in several subsidiaries such as PT Pusaka Satria Utama since 2000, PT Big Bird Pusaka since 2000, PT Morante Jaya and PT Silver Bird since 2003, PT Pusaka Bumi Mutiara since 2010, and PT Irdawan Multitrans since 2011, PT Cendrawasih Pertiwijaya since 2012, PT Pusaka Nuri Utama and PT Lintas Buana Taksi since 2013. He joined the company as Team Project SAP from 2003 to 2005 and IT Manager from 2005 to 2006. He was also the Chairman of Unit Taksi Organda DKI Jakarta from 2007 to 2013. Now he holds the position of President Director of PT Iron Bird Transport since 2003, PT Irdawan Multitrans since 2011, PT Big Bird Pusaka, PT Cendrawasih Pertiwijaya, and PT Pusaka Andalan Perkasa since 2012, and PT Morante Jaya since 2013. Appointed as Director of the Company since 2012 has made Mr. Sigit have strong leadership skills, until he was trusted to be President Director of PT Blue Bird Tbk based on the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) 2021. He obtained his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Trisakti University in 1993 and Masters of Business Administration from Simon School of Business University of Rochester, New York, United States in 1997. Adrianto Djokosoetono was appointed as Deputy Director of the Company with experience as Director of the Company since 2012. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology in 2000 and a Master of Business Administration from Bentley College, Massachusetts, United States, in 2003. Joined the Company as Team Project SAP (2003-2005) and IT Manager (2005-2006). He was also the Chairman of the DKI Jakarta Organda Taxi Unit (2007-2013). He currently serves as the President Director of PT Iron Bird Transport since 2003, PT Irdawan Multitrans since 2011, PT Big Bird Pusaka, PT Cendrawasih Pertiwijaya, and PT Pusaka Andalan Perkasa since 2012, and PT Morante Jaya since 2013. He also holds the position of Director at PT Pusaka Prima Transport since 2001, PT Pusaka Integration Mandiri since 2008, PT Global Pusaka Solutions since 2009, PT Luhur Satria Sejati Kencana since 2012 and PT Lintas Buana Taksi since 2013. Irawaty Salim S.E, achieved her bachelor's degree in accounting from Trisakti University in 1995 and her study from 2009 to 2010. Irawaty began her career in 1995 at Akuntan Publik Purwanto office, Suherman & Surja which were the members of Ernst & Young from 1995 to 2012.

Joining PT Blue Bird Tbk. in 2013, Irawaty Salim got her position as an Accounting General Manager from 2013 to 2018. Then, in 2018, following her expertise in Accounting, Irawaty Salim was being entrusted with the position of Vice President of Accounting and Corporate Banking PT Blue Bird Tbk. Based on the decision of the extraordinary general meeting with PT Blue Bird Tbk. shareholders, Irawaty Salim was appointed to be in charge as an Independent Director of Partnership in 2022 up to the recent update.

Appointed as the Company’s President Commissioner after previously successfully building a pillar of Bluebird’s digital transformation in the midst of a pandemic while serving as the Company’s President Director. She earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial Engineering) from the University of Newcastle in 1994 and a Master of Business Administration from the University of San Francisco in 1997. Started her career at the Company as a Business Development Senior Manager (2001-2004). Until now, she is also on the Board of Commissioners and Directors of several subsidiaries, including the President Commissioner of PT Pusaka Nuri Utama since 1997, PT Pusaka Prima Trans since 2001, PT Prima Sarijati Agung since 2002, PT Lintas Buana Taksi since 2000, PT Pusaka Trifty since 2001, PT Global Pusaka Solution since 2009, PT Pusaka Niaga Indonesia since 2010, PT Pusaka Bumi Transport since 2012. She is also the President Director of PT Morante Jaya since 2003, PT Pusaka Satria Utama since 2000, and PT Pusaka Bumi Mutiara since 2010. He was Chartered Financial Analyst in AIMR, Charlottville in 1998. He finished his education in Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1985 and acquired a degree in Electrical Engineering, and acquired a Master of Business Management degree from IPMI, Jakarta, in 1988. He started his career as Product Manager in Citibank from 1988 to 1991 and became the Vice President of PT Tirtamas Comexindo from 1991 to 1997. He joined PT Bahana Securities from 1997 to 2003 and PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk from 2004 to 2012 with his last position being President Director. He was also the Commissioner and Chairman of Auditing Committee in PT Semen Padang from 2003 to 2004.

Irjen Pol. (Purn.) Drs. Budi Setiyadi, SH, M.Si, graduated from the Police Academy in 1985, Perguruan Tinggi Ilmu Kepolisian (PTIK) in 1993, Police Staff and Leadership School in 2000, SESPATI in 2008 and Lemhannas in 2012. He has also obtained his bachelor Degree in 1991, and finished his graduate study in 1993. During his tenure, he served among others as Dirlantas Polda Maluku, Dirlantas Polda Riau, Dirlantas Polda South Sulawesi, Head of Renmin Korlantas Polri, Head of the General Bureau of Lemhannas, Expert Reviewer for Science and Technology of Lemhannas, and lastly, since 2017 as Director General Land Transportation Ministry of Transportation.

Setyo Wasisto, SH, graduated from Indonesian Police Academy in 1984, holder of Bachelor Degree in Police Science from Perguruan Tinggi Ilmu Kepolisian (PTIK) Jakarta in 1988, holder of bachelor degree in Law from UKI Tomohon, North Sulawesi, in 1995, graduated from Police Staff and Leader School in 1998, obtained Post Graduate Certificate in Criminal Justice & Police Management from Leicester University, United Kingdom in 1999, and graduated from Lemhannas RI in 2010. Before joining Bluebird, he had served among others as Senior Officer, Human Resources Staff of the Indonesian National Police (Assigned to LEMHANNAS RI) (2015), Head of the Legal Division of the Indonesian National Police (2016), Deputy Head of the Intelligence and Security Agency of the Indonesian National Police (2016 ), Head of Public Relations Division of the Indonesian National Police (2017), and served as Inspector General of the Ministry of Industry (2018-2019).

Alamanda Shantika

Alamanda Shantika, S.Kom, S.Si, Bachelor of Computer and Bachelor of Science from Bina Nusantara University, the founder and CEO of Binar Academy, a non-formal institution that aims to produce competent digital talents. Since 2019 until now, she has served as an Independent Commissioner of PT Mandiri Capital Indonesia. she is also a member of the Human Resources and Digital Economy Study Team, Presidential Advisory Council. She was a Vice President of People and Culture, Vice President of Product and as a Tech Product Consultant at Gojek experienced wat Gojek (now GoTo). Prior to that, she acted as Head of Product Development Engineering at Kartuku.

She has received several awards, including: Inspiring Woman of the Year 2018 at the 2018 Elle Style Awards, Women of the Year 2017 from Her World Magazine, 4.0 under 40 from Marketeers Magazine, and Women in Tech 2017 at Habibie Festival 2017.
