EZPoint - Syarat dan Ketentuan

  1. EZPoint General Terms & Conditions:

    1. To take part in the EZPoint program, users must have an account with complete personal data and have been verified in our system
    2. Users will get Rewards based on the system that has been determined by Bluebird for activities carried out by Users on the Site/Application
    3. By exchanging EZPoint for the selected reward or using Rewards, the User is deemed to have understood and will comply with the applicable Terms and Conditions
    4. The User agrees that Bluebird provides at any time without notification to the User to change the terms and/or cancel the Prize, including but not limited to Vouchers, Coupons, EZPoint physical/digital prizes and other prizes provided by Bluebird and which the User obtains if known to exist. fraud or other violations committed by Users in the applicable Terms and Conditions
    5. Users understand and agree that Bluebird is only an intermediary between Users and Bluebird Partners and therefore, Users release Bluebird from all responsibilities arising from the use of Rewards or failures and/or actions taken by Users in the future including but not limited to exchanging Vouchers, Coupons, physical/digital prizes and/or claim other prizes
    6. Bluebird is fully responsible for making changes to all or part of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notification to Users and Bluebird advises Users to read and understand these Terms and Conditions from time to time
    7. If you are a new user (Register after July 28, 2023) and have verified your account, you will get "Welcome EZPoint" automatically into your account
    8. Accounts that have registered and verifiy their accounts before July 28, 2023 will not get "Welcome EZPoint"
    9. EZPoint will be recorded and accumulated from August 7, 2023 for all MyBluebird users
    10. The Tier/Level of your EZPoint account will be determined based on the accumulated results of your transactions from August 2022 - August 2023 via MyBluebird application
    11. Users need to update their MyBluebird application to at least version 6.4 (or above) to enjoy the EZPoint program
    12. EZPoint does not apply to Bluebird dispatchers. All transactions made by Bluebird dispatchers to assist users in ordering Bluebird services will not earn EZPoints

  2. EZPoint Rewards Terms:

    1. Users who can get Rewards are Users who have verified their MyBluebird account and legally obtained EZPoint according to the terms & conditions that apply
    2. The appearance and features on the EZPoint Rewards Page may change to suit the theme being carried by Bluebird
    3. Users understand and agree that receiving Vouchers, Coupons, physical/digital gifts from Bluebird has certain limits every day which are adjusted to each User's EZPoint Tier/Level Status
      Every Voucher, Coupon, Physical/Digital Prize, EZPoint Prize and other prizes from Bluebird owned by Users have different validity periods
    4. Users can claim vouchers, coupons, physical/digital prizes, EZPoint prizes according to the EZPoint nominal listed on the EZPoint Reward / Redeem page
    5. Users understand that claims for each EZPoint Reward prize on the Redeem page can only be made once and cannot be cashed and transferred or transferred to other parties
      By exchanging/redeeming EZPoint Rewards, Users are deemed to have read all of the special terms and conditions that apply to each prize
    6. If you are a new user (Register after July 28, 2023) and have verified your account, you will get "Welcome EZPoint" automatically into your account

  3. User Terms:

    1. The user agrees to be contacted by Bluebird at any time to provide the information required by Bluebird in connection with User's data or account
    2. These Terms and Conditions can be changed at any time without notification to the User and by continuing to use Rewards, the User is deemed to have agreed to each of these changes.
      For matters that are not specifically regulated in these Terms and Conditions, the User declares to comply with every operational provision and procedure imposed by Bluebird as stated in the Site Terms, whether in effect now or changing from time to time
    3. By registering and/or using the www.bluebirdgroup.com site or the MyBluebird application, the User is deemed to have read, understood, understood and agreed to all contents in the Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are a form of agreement set forth in a valid agreement between the User and the Bluebird Group. If the User does not agree to any, part or all of the contents of the Terms and Conditions, then the User is not allowed to use the MyBluebird service

  4. Complaint

    1. Questions and complaints regarding EZPoints Rewards can be submitted by Users through the Bluebird Customer Response Center
    2. Bluebird will verify User data with the database provided by the User to Bluebird when the User registers on the Site/Application

    3. Bluebird will check User complaints and will respond to Users in accordance with Bluebird's internal policies and procedures after obtaining a complete submission of complaints from Users.
