5. Program is organized by Bank Aladin Syariah in accordance with Sharia principles. The contract used in this Program is a ju’alah contract, whereby Bank Aladin Syariah promises to provide a certain reward upon the fulfillment of the Program requirements by the Participant, as referred to in point (6) of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Program is applicable to customers of PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk who make payment transactions for Bluebird transportation services.
   • Eligible customers will receive a reward in the form of Ala Wallet balance from Bank Aladin Syariah amounting to Rp20,000 (twenty thousand Rupiah).
   • To participate in this Program, customers must make a transaction using Bluebird transportation services with a minimum payment of Rp100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah).
   • Program is valid for only one (1) transaction per Participant during the Program Period.
7. Bank Aladin Syariah Wallet balance reward will be granted to Participants who meet all applicable Terms and Conditions no later than 7 (seven) working days after the transaction date as referred to in point (6) above is successfully completed.
8. Program is not applicable on a multiple or cumulative basis.
9. Program is limited to the first 1,000 (one thousand) Participants each month during the Program Period.
10. These Terms and Conditions may be subject to change at any time with prior notice.
11. Bank Aladin Syariah reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards and/or terminate the Program at any time if there is any indication of abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity in any form or method.
12. By participating in this Program, Participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all applicable Terms and Conditions.
13. Promotion is only valid for customers of PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk.
14. Promotion is valid for payments made using QRIS provided by Bluebird.

• Bluebird Group reserves the right to change or stop the promotion at any time without prior notice
• Your access to or use of the promotion is a form of your agreement to comply with the terms, conditions, and purposes of providing the promotion set by Bluebird Group
• You will not abuse, duplicate, monetize, transfer, use for commercial purposes or take unfair advantage of this Promotion in any form or manner
• We may suspend your MyBluebird account temporarily or permanently without obtaining prior approval from or giving you prior notice, if:
  • Bluebird Group knows or has reasonable grounds to suspect that things have occurred which in Bluebird's view have been or could be detrimental to Bluebird, you, or any other party
  • Bluebird Group knows or reasonably suspects that you have registered or logged in to multiple Accounts on one device for the purpose of violating these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy or applicable laws and regulations
  • Bluebird Group detects an inappropriate action from the use of your Account or an obligation under these Terms and Conditions, and/or the Privacy Policy that you have not complied with
