Terms & Conditions :
- Valid for transactions of Bluebird, Silverbird, Goldenbird, and Bluebird Kirim services via the MyBluebird app. For Goldenbird, the offer applies only to the Airport Transfer category.
- Valid for all EZPoint tiers: Explorer, Traveler, Voyager, and Elite.
- Program period: January 12 – February 15, 2026.
- The validity period of bonus points is 3 months from the date the points are credited to your account.
2. 2X EZPoint Rewards on MyBluebird
During the program period, every transaction made through the MyBluebird app will earn 2X EZPoint.
Example:
If you take a trip using a Bluebird taxi and normally earn 750 EZPoint, during the promo period you will receive 1,500 EZPoint after completing the trip.

3. Redeem EZPoint for Exclusive Merchandise
Redeem your collected EZPoint for exclusive Bluebird Group x Tahilalats merchandise, including Tumbler, T-Shirt, Folding Bag, Bandana, and Keychain, through the EZPoint page in the MyBluebird app. After completing the transaction missions and enjoying 2X EZPoint rewards, don’t forget to redeem your points for these exclusive items!
Elite-tier users will receive early access to merchandise redemption from January 12 – 18, 2026. Explorer, Traveler, and Voyager tier users are encouraged to stay tuned for further updates so you can also redeem these exclusive items.
Terms & Conditions :
- Merchandise redemption is limited to a maximum of four (4) times per account during the program period or while stocks last.
- Redeemed points cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged for other rewards.
- The merchandise claim period is 60 (sixty) days from the successful point redemption. Claims made after this period will not be eligible, and points cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Merchandise will be delivered to the customer’s address within a maximum of 30 business days after the claim process (submission of shipping details and confirmation) is completed.
- Shipping costs will be fully covered by Bluebird Group.
- Merchandise redemption terms and conditions may change at any time.
