3. Advance booking for the next day:
You can order by SMS using format as it follows  and send to 9123:

ORD<space>S (for Silver Bird)<space>KANTOR (office as the pick up point)<space>1700 (pick up time at 5 pm)<space>0105 (date of departure: May 1st)<space>CENGKARENG (your destination address).

After send this text message, you will get a returned SMS in response. We suggest you to immediately send SMS notification of the taxi number that picks you up, once the taxi arrives, for security reason.

Taxi arrival status check

1. To check the status of your booking, simply type STATUS and send to 9123, and you will immediately get a returned SMS in response

To cancel booking, using format as it follows and send to 9123:

1. Type BATAL send to 9123, and our system will cancel the booking made under your mobile number.
