Located in Sarbini Hall, 7 March 2013, Blue Bird Group represented by Bambang Djojosumitro, Senior Manager Hotel and Outlet Operations was receive prestigious award from the Contact Center Award 2013. The award is to give appreciation to the companies or brands that are able to achieve the minimum Good and above industry average based on research done by the Service Excellence Magazine and Carre CCSL. Research conducted routinely aimed to evaluate the level of service brands in Indonesia for contact center services call center and e-mail.
