Call Center Award 2010 for Blue Bird and Silver Bird

Blue Bird Group once again proves its attentive services to the customers by successfully swaps two important accolades in Call Center Award 2010. On the event held in Balai Sarbini, Jakarta, Tuesday (30 / 3), Blue Bird received awards for its Service Quality in Customer Care Services, whilst Silver Bird showed its flawless service by gaining a Call Center award, both in transportation service category. The event was held by a renowned customer research’s consultant, Center for Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty (Carre CSL), in collaboration with Marketing Magazine.

The assessment for this award is based on organizer’s monitoring results of the company performance during the second semester of 2009, starting in July and ends in December 2009. The measurement is based on actual experience using a standardized ‘Mystery Caller’.

For the record, it has been the sixth consecutive times that Blue Bird and Silver Bird won the awards since the beginning of the competition which was held in 2004. In other words, Blue Bird Group still dominates the field of Call Center in the category of transportation Service Company.
