Blue Bird Group’s First Award in HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia in 2016

For the first time, Blue Bird Group was awarded HR Asia Award as “HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2016 – Indonesia Chapter”. The award was received by the HR Director of Blue Bird Group Holding Indrijati Rahayoe in HR Asia Best Companies to Work For in Asia 2016 Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony in Jakarta, Friday, April 8th, 2016. HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Award is awards pinned to the company based on a survey of HR Asia Employee input survey (EIS) and HR Asia Workplace and Employee Engagement survey (Wees) are taken into consideration in judging. The jury assessors is an independent panel of experts in industry, academia, journalists, and government representatives.
