Blue Bird Group Regained Contact Center Award

Thursday, April 3rd, 2014, at Hotel Mulia Jakarta, for the 8th time the Blue Bird Group won the Contact Center Service Award in 2014 and became a champion for the taxi category.

This award is given by Yuliana Agung, CEO Carre CCSL received by Maria Lihawa, Vice President of Central Operations Blue Bird Group. It was attended by a team of Contact Center Blue Bird Group, which consists of the Call Center and Customer Care’s achievement.
