Located in Hotel Mulia, Jakarta, April 9th 2015, Blue Bird Group Received a prestigious Award from the Contact Center Award 2015. This achievement is also the 9th time that Blue Bird Group Won in the Taxi Category. The Award was given by Yuliana Agung as the CEO of Carre CCSL and received by the Vice President of Central Operations Blue Bird Group, Maria Lihawa. This Award was given as an Appreciation for the companies that got a minimal score of Good, that is above the average score of Industries alike based on the research done by Service Excellence Magazine. The success of the research was done by observing important indicators such as, Access, System and Procedure also People, with the result of Service Level Index that is also called Contact Center Service Exellence Index or CCSEI. In this Case Blue Bird Group got a score of Excellent.
