I. Application Installation

  1. the Application can be obtained from Android Market.

 

 

  1. After the application was successfully installed, find the Blue Bird Icon on your android applications.

 

II. Register your phone number

To be able to make a taxi reservation, you have to register your phone number. The phone number will become your unique identification to make an order for a taxi in Blue Bird Taxi Reservation System.

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Open the application by clicking the Blue Bird icon and put your cell phone number. Please fill the box with the cell phone number having Voice & SMS capability usually used by you to order a taxi. Click Register button to continue.

 

 

 

 

 

  1. After registering your cell phone number, the system will send you a verification code through SMS. Please click OK on the pop-up and wait for the SMS.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. When you are using the phone number in your android device, the verification code will be filled automatically, otherwise you may type the code manually. Click Verify button to continue.
  2. If the code is not received in a minute, button Resend will be enabled automatically. Please kindly use the Resend button to retry to get the verification code into your phone number. How fast the SMS code received by your phone is depend on your operator.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. After your phone number successfully verified, you may enter your name, email and your date of birth. Please use 10 (ten) characters shortname to make Blue Bird Taxi driver easy to identifying you when do the pickup. The Date of birth and email information will not be exposed to anywhere.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. The application will show the existing address recorded on Blue Bird Taxi Reservation System if any. You may give an alias for each address, i.e.: “Rumah”, “Kantor”. Click Save button to store the address in your android device and continue. When your phone number never been used to order a Blue Bird Taxi or your last ordered Taxi was more than a month, it will not exist in Blue Bird Reservation System and you will directly go to the next step (Main Menu).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. When the registration is completed, you will be in the Main Menu consisting of:
    1. Order: to create a taxi order
    2. Tracking: to check the status of your order
    3. History: to see previous taxi order made
    4. Account: to check your information used to make an order.
    5. More: Call Center, Feedback and Reregistration.

 

III. Create an Order:

There are 3 options to make a taxi order:

  1. New Address

To make an order from completely new address. You have not yet made any taxi order from this address. Available methode in this function: Search Address and Locate your position using GPS.

  1. Saved Address

To make an order from any address already saved in your device

  1. Other Address not saved in your device
  2. When an order recently made using your phone number by Blue Bird Call Center, you may retrieve it to your device and make a new order based on the newly retrieved address.

Create Order using Search from New Address:

 

 

 

  1. Tap the New Address button to enter to the new address menu

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Enter the street name with the area or a building name or a housing complex or a residential area in the box and click the Search button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Select the most relevant address from the search result displayed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Check the address position in the map.

When the map is showing different address other than you are looking for, please use back button to go back to the previous menu.

When the position is already correct, please select Continue button

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. When the position is slightly differrent, please move the map and put the target icon exactly on the pickup position. You may zoom in or zoom out the map for better accuracy. Click the Continue button when the pickup position is fixed.

 

 

 

 

  1. Select Yes to define your pickup position.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Only when the target icon was moved, a list of nearby address will be shown. Please select the most correct address. This address will be displayed directly to Blue Bird Taxi driver.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. The taxi driver will only see the first ten character of your name defined in the account. Please kindly change the name to make the taxi driver easier to find you or when you make an order for someone else.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Please fill the Building/House Number, Guidance and Additional Information to help the taxi driver to reach the pickup location. You may click on the more… link to display application hints.

 

 

 

  1. Please select the desired pickup time. The default is Now and the current time will be used as the pickup time. Time selection will available soon and limited to 2 (two) days ahead current time.

 

 

 

  1. Please select the taxi service type and check the Destination: Soekarno-Hatta Airport when needed. The taxi service available are:
    1. Any Regular Taxi (Blue Bird & Pusaka Group)
    2. Any Executive Taxi (Silver Bird)
    3. Any Executive/Regular Taxi
    4. E-Class Mercedes Benz (Silver Bird)
    5. C-Class Mercedes Benz (Silver Bird)
    6. Any Mercedes Benz (Silver Bird)
    7. Silver Bird Vellfire

 

 

 

  1. You may also save this new address into your device for future usage by giving an alias name. Click Order button to place a taxi order.

 

 

 

 

  1. Select Yes to confirm your taxi order creation.

 

 

 

 

  1. When an order successfully created in Blue Bird Taxi Reservation System, a confirmation will be displayed.

 

Create Order using GPS to locate:

 

 

  1. Tap the New Address button to enter to the new address menu

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Select Locate button when the GPS module is activated and you have a clear sky access. Please wait for the GPS to lock your position.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Check the position in the map. When the position is already correct, please select Continue button. You may zoom in or zoom out the map for better accuracy. Click the Continue button when the pickup position is fixed.

Create Order using Reload Address:

 

 

 

  1. Tap the Reload Address button to download all available address in Blue Bird Taxi Reservation System.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. You may edit any information necessary including the alias name for each address. Unchecked thick mark will make the address invisible in the Order Menu. Click save to store the address and any changes made.
  2. Please refer to Create Order from Saved Address for the next step.

Create Order using Saved Address:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. The saved address will be displayed under Order menu. Click on one of the saved address and review all the values shown in the next menu.

 

 

 

 

 

  1. The taxi driver will only see the first ten character of your name defined in the account. Please kindly change the name to make the taxi driver easier to find you or when you make an order for someone else.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Please edit the Building/House Number, Guidance and Additional Information to help the taxi driver to reach the pickup location. You may click on the more… link to display application hints.

 

 

 

  1. Please select the desired pickup time. The default is Now and the current time will be used as the pickup time. Time selection will available soon and limited to 2 (two) days ahead current time.

  1. When an order successfully created in Blue Bird Taxi Reservation System, a confirmation will be displayed.

IV. Order Status Tracking:

After an order has been sucessfully made, you will be able to monitor the status under the Tracking menu.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The first page of the Tracking menu will show you the order summary. This status will automatically update for the first one hour, please make sure your device is connected to the internet during monitoring. You may tap on the Refresh button to check the updates available for your order status.

 

 

 

 

 

 

When a taxi has been dispatch to respond to your order, the status will become ‘On The Way’ complete with the taxi number.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You may also see the taxi position by clicking the order.

 

 

Tap on the Refresh button to get the latest taxi position.

V. Canceling your Order:

To cancel your current order, please tap and hold on the order until a pop up displayed.

 

 

 

 

Selecting Yes will cancel your order.

VI. History:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All of your taxi order sucessfully made will be stored in the History menu.

 

 

 

 

 

You may delete the history by tap and hold on one record or by selecting the Delete All button to delete all of your history.

Note: History deletion will only occure on your device.

VII. Address & Account Setting:

Your information provided when the first time registration will be stored and can be edited in the Account menu.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Your saved pickup address can be edited by using Edit All button to edit every available records or by tap and hold on a pickup address to edit it one by one.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Click on the Save button to save the changes. Pressing back button will discard the changes made.
