Brief History
    Established in 1972, Blue Bird has become a leading and biggest national transportation company in Indonesia. In 1991 Blue Bird started it’s Logistics Services with a trucking company named PT. Angkutan Kontenindo Antarmoda and PT. Iron Bird which serves containerized and break bulk cargo transportation. In 2002 PT. Iron Bird Transport established as a Logistics Company to accommodate customers need and strengthen Blue Bird Group services in logistics nationwide.

Background
   Started from 1st May, 2008, PT. Iron Bird Transport officially become The Sumitomo Warehouse Co., Ltd. agent in Indonesia to do all logistics business and pursue become a leader logistics services provider. Iron Bird Transport and The Sumitomo Warehouse Co., Ltd. agree to promote the highest level services for worldwide logistics activities. We provide a wide range of logistics services from initial pick up until final destination with a passionate, professional and most effective cost and operation. We believe that we will become a “Reliable Logistics Partner” in every line of services we provide.

Export and import custom clearance
   With a professional custom certified operational staff we handle export & import custom clearance both sea and air cargo in highest standard. All documentation process handled and controlled by experienced staff and fully computerized system. We do all documentation process fastest, correctively with most efficient cost we offered.

Transportation
   Our trucking services will deliver all cargo types required to all over destination from hand carry cargo up to hazardous materials with special packing and handling. We provide wide range and various trucking type to accommodate all cargo type from small cargo up to special transported cargo type. We fully experience in arranging Milk Run transportation by consolidating multi cargo pick up and also multi cargo destination. All trucks equipped with safety equipment and comply to transportation regulation.

Freight forwarding
   We provide reliable and competitive services to all over major worldwide port destinations. We provide direct consolidation services to all over major port destinations. Our experience staff ensures both schedule and documents inline with customer requirement. All document based on Sumitomo Combined Transport Bill of Lading.

Project Handling
   Wide range of special cargoes handling, heavy lift, oversized, special documentation required, erection, spotting and installation both of Governmental and Private projects are our special knowledge and experience can be trusted. We have fully experienced staff for handling, processing including supervising all projects handled from initial up to final process
