Blue Bird Group was built upon the dream to make things better.

Just like the name ‘Blue Bird’ was taken from a European fairy tale about a girl and a blue bird who worked tirelessly to find their happiness, in the early days of the company all of our family members had had to go to great lengths to make ends meet. As family needs became greater and education costs soared, it was something close to a miracle that the company managed to survive and grow to its current size from just two initial taxi units.

Consequently, it is all this integrity, hard work, discipline and family virtues that have been supporting Blue Bird Group ever since. We encourage every individual, no matter his or her function, to give the best service for our valued customers.

To keep up with the changes of the times, BBG has continued to reinvent itself by improving competency in all lines of business. We also realize that our success has been largely dependent upon God’s blessings, and initiate Blue Bird Peduli program to repay that kindness – that is, by sharing it in turn with other unfortunate individuals.

Running the Blue Bird Group is like commanding a large vessel of more than 20,000 shipmates — in no other circumstance can the importance of having a unified vision, mission, and understanding be more important.

As a company, we are driven to grow both internally and externally. In the first case, our Blue Bird family comprises all drivers and staff dedicated to helping one another during disasters and in furthering education through scholarships.

In the latter, we aim for long-term customer satisfaction by constantly maintaining quality and focus. This can only be done via effective communication, solid infrastructure, and providing a convenient reservation and payment system for passengers.

Over the years, Blue Bird taxis have strived to make a difference through its thorough on-call reservations, lost & found services and customer response center. It is our greatest wish to continue rewarding our customers with even more technologically-advanced feats and convenience.
